About Us
The Distribution and Consumer Services Directorate of the Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) is responsible for ensuring a reliable electricity supply and delivering efficient customer services across the nation. The Directorate oversees power distribution, consumer connection management, billing, and service improvement initiatives through its six regional and two divisional offices. It operates a total of 129 distribution and sub-distribution centers, including “No Light” service centers dedicated to addressing power supply issues. The Directorate is committed to enhancing operational efficiency, expanding distribution infrastructure, and promoting customer satisfaction through modern technology and responsive service delivery.
